All will receive one-one-one strengths coaching for Certified Coach

Project Background 

The Building a Strengths Mindset in Schools projects was jointly awarded to Emmanuel Angoda of Uganda, and Lorraine McCamley of U.S.A. The project is funded by the Mandela Washington Fellowship Reciprocal Exchange component. The Mandela Washington Fellowship is a program of the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and administered by IREX.

Emmanuel Angoda

Emmanuel is 2019 Mandela Washington Fellow , and attended his civic leadership institute at the University of Delaware, from where he met  Lorraine McCamley. He is a teacher at Lira Town College , and founder of Centre for Skills and Innovation. Emmanuel is a renown education and ICT activist, and over the years, he has initiated several projects to support education, youth empowerment and leadership.

Lorraine McCamley

Lorraine is the proprietor of Boldly Quiet Consulting . Her coaching practice is focused on helping people to understand, celebrate, and optimize their natural talents so they can be successful leaders of others while being authentic and true to themselves. Lorraine is a certified  Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Lorraine has worked closely with the Mandela Washington Fellowship , were she delivers impactful lectures on Strengths. She has previously worked with Mandela Washington Fellow alumni, Senou Degbeni  in Benin, and in 2022, has previlege of working with Emmanuel Angoda, of Uganda.
